Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Technical Content Writer (Project) to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our projects through comprehensive documentation, effective communication with clients, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate minutes for client meetings and internal discussions.
• Project Documentation: Prepare and manage essential project documents including:
• Project Management Plan
• System Design Report
• User Acceptance Test Plan
• User Acceptance Report
• Operation & Maintenance Report
• Training Manual
• Measurement & Verification (M&V) Reports
• Client Updates: Prepare materials for weekly and monthly client meetings to update on project progress.
• Tender Proposals: Prepare comprehensive documentation for submitting tender proposals, including system design documents and technical specifications.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to document the deployment and operation of the SpatialSense Scanner and SpatialTwin platform.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all documentation adheres to industry standards and best practices, maintaining high quality and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Technical Writing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a documentation or project support role, preferably within the transport infrastructure or geospatial technology sectors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in documentation tools and project management software.
• Good engineering knowledge to understand and document technical details effectively.
• Experience with LiDAR technology and digital twin solutions is a plus.
