Job Title: Security Officer

Reports to: Security Manager

Location: Karachi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly alert and responsive Security Officer to join our security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

– Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or criminal activity
– Monitor CCTV cameras and alarms
– Respond to security breaches and incidents
– Provide assistance and support to employees and visitors
– Enforce company security policies and procedures
– Conduct regular security checks and report any issues
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of security experience (desired)
– Valid security license (required)
– Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to respond to emergency situations
– Physical ability to stand for long periods and walk extensively

Nice to Have:

– Experience with security software and systems
– First aid and CPR certification
– Law enforcement or military background

Education:

– High school diploma or equivalent

Certifications/Licenses:

– Valid security license (required)

Work Environment:

– Varied shifts, including nights and weekends
– Indoor and outdoor work environments
