Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Solar Sales Manager located in Lahore District. As a Solar Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales and business opportunities for our solar products and services. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing a sales team, meeting potential customers, promoting and selling solar products, and contributing to the achievement of the company’s sales goals.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, MUST be in the solar energy industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of solar products, equipment, and regulations is preferred
