Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Support Executive at MCCA Islamic Finance & Investments in Karachi. The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for providing support to the sales team, maintaining client relationships, preparing sales reports, and assisting in sales strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Organizational and time management skills
Experience in sales support or customer service roles
Knowledge of Islamic finance and Shariah compliant products (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field
