Experience:Minimum 1 year in Online Reputation Management

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Online Reputation Manager (ORM) to manage and enhance the online presence and reputation of our company across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in ORM and be capable of managing ratings, reviews, and social media postings for up to 10 social media accounts.

Responsibilities:

● Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings across various social media platforms.

● Develop and implement strategies to enhance and maintain the company’s online reputation.

● Respond to customer feedback, reviews, and comments in a timely and professional manner.

● Create and schedule engaging content for up to 10 social media accounts.

● Monitor social media channels for mentions and discussions about the company.

● Analyze online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement.

● Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to address issues and improve customer satisfaction.

● Generate reports on online reputation and social media performance.

Requirements:

● Minimum 1 year of experience in online reputation management.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Proficiency in social media management and monitoring tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Mention).

● Strong analytical skills to interpret online feedback and performance metrics.

● Ability to handle multiple social media accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

● Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
