Job Description
Job Overview:
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone having at least 1 year of experience in the respective category and passionate about marketing and eager to learn. You will work closely with various departments to gain a deep understanding of marketing strategies, campaign execution and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook etc.
Create high-quality SEO optimized content for blogs, website, social media, etc.
Manage and optimize social media presence, focusing on brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
Track and analyse social media metrics to measure campaign success.
Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices, especially in digital and social media.
Track and analyse campaign results and report key metrics to stakeholders.
Participate in market research to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing/digital-marketing and communications.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing concepts.
Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, writing and editing skills.
Strong ownership and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and ability to track and measure marketing campaign results and social media metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google ads.
Familiarity with website designing and Canva.
Agency marketing experience is a plus.
