Overview
As a Sales Executive for EFU Hemayah Takaful, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Shariah-compliant insurance products. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, enjoy working independently, and are driven by achieving financial goals through sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
– Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.
– Utilize various channels like networking events, referrals, and online platforms to generate leads.
2. Sales and Client Engagement:
– Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ financial goals and provide appropriate Takaful solutions.
– Present EFU Hemayah Takaful products clearly and persuasively to potential clients, emphasizing the benefits and compliance with Shariah principles.
– Manage client objections and provide comprehensive answers to queries.
3. Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
– Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
4. Sales Target Achievement:
– Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
– Regularly report sales activities and results to your supervisor or team leader.
5. Documentation and Compliance:
– Ensure all sales are conducted according to the company’s policies and regulatory requirements.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
6. Continuous Learning and Development:
– Stay updated on EFU Hemayah Takaful products, industry trends, and competitors.
– Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
Work to Do:
– Daily Activities:
– Identify and contact potential clients through cold calls, social media, or networking.
– Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
– Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
– Update the CRM system with client information and sales activities.
– Weekly/Monthly Tasks:
– Review and analyze sales performance against targets.
– Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies, challenges, and successes.
– Plan and execute marketing or promotional activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
– Long-term Responsibilities:
– Develop a personal sales strategy that includes both short-term and long-term goals.
– Build a robust client portfolio by maintaining relationships with existing clients and securing referrals.
Performance Metrics:
– Sales Revenue: Achieving specific revenue targets based on sales of EFU Hemayah Takaful products.
– Client Acquisition: Number of new clients acquired within a specific period.
– Client Retention: Ability to maintain and renew policies with existing clients.
– Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted into sales.
Compensation:
– Base Salary: Typically minimal or none, depending on the structure.
– Commission: Earn a percentage of each sale, with potential for higher commissions based on performance.
– Incentives: Additional bonuses for exceeding targets or achieving specific milestones.
