Job Description:

This is an entry level role for fresh graduates. We are looking for fluent English communicators. This vacancy is in our Logistics department. All job-related training will be provided.

The ideal candidate is fluent in professional English communication and possesses good customer service and sales skillset.

Job Responsibilities:

• Find cost effective haulage providers to deliver goods.
• Negotiate with existing hauliers to keep delivery cost low
• Manage shipment budgets
• Track & fix shipping errors
• Coordinate with hauliers to make sure smooth shipment of goods
• Communicate with Hauliers to ensure timely collection from warehouse and communicate ETA to the customer
• Coordinate and monitor operations of the shipment

Requirements:

• Strong educational background at least graduate level qualification.
• 0-1 year experience will be preferred.
• Ability to multitask and track multiple processes throughout the supply chain
• Fluent in spoken and written English language skills
• Excellent computing skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word

Office Timings:

01:00- 10:00 PM (Winters)

12:00-09:00 PM (Summers)
