Job description
The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing email marketing campaigns to promote CloudRCM Solutions services, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of email marketing strategies, analytics, and best practices, as well as the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute email marketing strategies that align with the overall marketing goals and objectives.
Plan and manage the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, including audience segmentation, design, content creation, and scheduling.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Content Creation & Optimization:
Create compelling and persuasive email content, including subject lines, body copy, calls-to-action, and visuals, that engage the target audience.
Optimize email content for deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates.
A/B test various elements of emails (subject lines, content, visuals) to continually improve campaign performance.
Email List Management:
Manage and grow the email subscriber list, ensuring the list is segmented effectively to target different customer personas.
Implement best practices for list hygiene to ensure high deliverability and engagement rates.
Ensure compliance with all email marketing regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.
Generate and present regular reports on email campaign performance to the marketing team and senior management.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize email marketing efforts.
Marketing Automation:
Utilize marketing automation tools to create automated email workflows, including welcome sequences, lead nurturing, re-engagement campaigns, and more.
Implement triggered emails based on customer behavior and interactions with previous campaigns.
Continuously optimize automation workflows to improve customer journey and conversion rates.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing email templates that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
Partner with the sales team to ensure that email marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and initiatives.
Staying Current with Industry Trends:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in email marketing.
Experiment with new email marketing strategies and tactics to improve performance and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Proven track record of managing successful email marketing campaigns.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive email content.
Strong analytical skills and experience with email marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Basic graphic design skills are a plus.

Job Type: Full-Time Onsite.
Location Bahria Town Phase 7
Timings: 6:00 pm to 3:00 am
(hostel facility will be provided to female)
Note: Bahria Town Phase 7 and Bahria Town Phase 8 Candidate will be preferred
