Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate marketing efforts across departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
• Plan, create, and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Proactively identify and implement new marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and engagement
• Collaborate with the content team to align content with advertising strategies
• Support email marketing campaigns, including creating and optimizing email content
• Assist in identifying and onboarding influencers for marketing partnerships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2 or more years of experience in digital advertising and marketing
• Proven experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and Google Ads
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take the initiative in driving marketing strategies
• Knowledge of email marketing and influencer marketing is a plus
