Job Overview

Treehut is looking for a dynamic and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through affiliate marketing programs by developing and executing innovative strategies. Your ability to optimize affiliate partnerships, coupled with your experience using tools like Awin, will be crucial in expanding our network and achieving our business goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Strategies: Create and manage affiliate marketing strategies to achieve predefined performance targets and business objectives.
Partner Identification & Negotiation: Identify potential affiliate partners, negotiate partnership agreements, and onboard them to our program.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track and analyze affiliate performance using Awin and other platforms, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
Affiliate Recruitment & Network Expansion: Proactively recruit new affiliates to grow our network and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Resource Provision: Equip affiliates with the necessary tools, resources, and support to optimize their performance and drive results.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights to refine strategies and make informed recommendations for program enhancements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, with hands-on experience using Awin.
In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, strategies, and performance metrics.
Proficiency with affiliate networks, tools, and platforms.
Strong ability to interpret data, derive insights, and drive performance improvements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with affiliates.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
