Introduction: Welcome to Privacy Policy page of JobsNow.pk. JobsNow.pk is a Pakistan based job listing website which are currently operated from Karachi, Pakistan. JobsNow.pk currently holds no any legal or official registration and/or affiliation from any law or any organization, but JobsNow.pk is an initiave towards the employment of people and aim of being a bridge between employers and candidates. We believe that we can overcome the burden of un-employment by making this website so that we can help people of Pakistan by getting their right jobs and/or right candidates.

The ultimate goal of JobsNow.pk is to connect job seekers with job opportunities and employers with qualified candidates in a streamlined and efficient way.

2) How does it works?

Working Principle: The working principle of JobsNow.pk is to provide a platform for job seekers to search and apply for job opportunities and for employers to post job openings and find qualified candidates. Here are the main and few components and features of JobsNow.pk:

1. Job Search: The job search functionality allows job seekers to search for jobs based on keywords, location, category, salary, and other criteria.
2. Job Listings: The job listings page displays job openings posted by employers. Job seekers can click on a job listing to view the job details and apply for the job.
3. Employer Dashboard: Employers can create an account and post job openings on the job listing website. They can also manage their job listings, view resumes of job applicants, and communicate with job seekers.
4. Candidate Profile: Job seekers can create a profile on the job listing website to showcase their skills, education, and work experience. They can also upload their resume and apply for jobs directly from the website and/or by external links and email (if available)
5. Notifications: JobsNow.pk website sends notifications to job seekers and employers when a new job is posted, a job application is received, or other important events occur.
6. Reviews and Ratings: JobsNow.pk include a review and rating system for employers and job seekers to rate and review each other based on their experience.

3) Personal Information.

1) Information Collection: JobsNow.pk collects user personal information such as: Full Name (First Name & Last Name), Email Address, Username, Phone Number, Academic level, Sector, Salary, Social Links, Gender, Age, CNIC Number (For Candidates Only), Organization Name (For Employer Only) and location (Address).

2) Information Use: JobsNow.pk use all this relevant information for user best experience on our website. To gives you best experience JobsNow.pk customize all this information and present you what you need such as: User Dashboard which allows you to make your decisions accordingly.

3) Information Sharing: All your data is secured and save in our database. JobsNow.pk do not share any of your data with any marketing agency or any firm. You have all control in your data which you provide on JobsNow.pk during registration and while using the services of JobsNow.pk. Only an Authorized and Approved Employers can see candidates profile (if candidate allows to do so).

4) Data Security: JobsNow.pk holds the responsibility to secure your data from being accused by anyone and also from un-authorized sources. Only an approved and authorized employer can have access to your data (CV & Resume), only in the case if a candidate allows to do so.

5) User Rights: As discussed above in section 3 of sub section 2. You have all the controls over your data you can edit and delete your personal information at any time simply using the services of JobsNow.pk which can be accessed from User Dashboard (Both for Employers & Candidates).

4) Google API Services User Data Policy

For Google API Services User Data Policy: JobsNow.pk use Google API services (For Login and Google Map), Google API Services allows us to access google user data such user’s name, user’s email address only, but NOT your google account password. Google doesn’t share your password with us. When you choose to Sign-in with Google on the sign-in pop-up window of our website’s homepage you will be re-direct to goolge sign-in window where you can sign-in with you google account. After successfully get sign-in then you will be re-directed to our website user dashboard page. After successful registration with google you will receive an email from ([email protected]) in which you will be notified about your registration data also in this email you will see your name, username and / or email adrdress and password. Please keep in mind this is an automated system generated email which is only visible to you. We do not share with any one else. We are requesting google to access your data (name and email address) only for the sake of your ease, which allows you to easily get sign-in to your user dashboard (For Candidate Only) so that you don’t have to create an another account for our website (JobsNow.pk). After having sign-in with google account you can update you remaining user data which will neccessary for the access of all available features of JobNow.pk. Also you can change your password after sign-in with google, but keeps in mind if you intent to change your password after having sign-in with google so you will not be able to sign-in again with you google account because the password you receive after having sign-in with your google account is encoded which will use for the sign-in with google. So keep in mind to not to change your password after having sign-in with google because if you do this you will not be able to sign-in with google. Again please keep in mind JobsNow.pk don’t have any access to your password.

5) Single Sign-In with LinkedIn

We offer the option to sign in to our website using your existing LinkedIn credentials. This is a convenient way to create an account on our platform without needing to fill out separate registration forms.

When you sign in with LinkedIn, we only access a limited set of your public profile information, such as your name, photo and email address. We do not collect any other information from your LinkedIn account.

Media

Upload of Media: If you upload images to JobsNow.pk website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Use of Cookies:

JobsNow.pk use cookies to better the experience of user. Cookies are the temporary files which are stores in your browser. You can change the settings of your browser as your own.
