Job Description

Abacus Outsourcing is a prominent name when it comes to BPO and IT Industry . We are on a hunt for Sales Enthusiast for our centre based in Islamabad.

You must be energetic, sales maverick, street smart and customer oriented professional.

What will you do:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and businesses to generate leads.
2. Present and explain products or services to prospective customers.
3. Provide information about the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services.
4. Answer customer questions and address concerns to build customer confidence in the product or service.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the sales database.
6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
7. Handle customer objections.

Must Haves:

1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar role will be preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
5. Minimum Intermediate or above; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
6. Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
