Job Description

Danescor is a leading provider of M&A data, software, and professional services, operating in the UK, USA, and Western Europe. It provides buy-side and sell-side services to corporates with buy-side activities particularly focused on off-market transactions using its unique deal management platform and proprietary market intelligence database. Danescor works with corporates, private equity firms, advisers, lawyers, corporate financiers and FDD providers.

Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Data Input Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and reviewing company profiles through web-based research, preparing targeted company lists, writing comprehensive descriptions, and ensuring data accuracy.

Responsibilities include:

· Creating and reviewing company profiles using information gathered by conducting web-based research (websites, regulatory data repositories, articles, and news available on the internet)
· Preparing lists of companies that fall under provided criteria
· Writing comprehensive company descriptions
· Verifying data accuracy and resolving data entry errors
· Following a strict code of ethics and always protecting any confidential information.

Qualifications and skills required

· Attention to detail and good written communication skills (English).
· The ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
· Strong attention to detail
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Candidates with an understanding of company structures, financial reporting and industry specific knowledge would be preferred.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Exceptional work ethic and integrity.
· Experience obtained from working within an international organization is preferred.
