About the Role:

At FRAG, a Project Manager A.K.A The Artillery Support is responsible for managing and executing a project through its lifecycle, starting from Initiation phase through to Planning, Execution and Closure.

A FRAG PM will be expected to:

Be the GRAND STRATEGIST!! — You will discuss with the client and technical lead to devise a project execution plan that is technically feasible and serves the client’s product expectations well.
Prepare your troops — You will work with the guidance of the Senior Project Manager to ensure the team’s work requirements are fulfilled and any roadblocks are removed.
First line of defense — All communication with clients will be through you and your Senior Project Manager. Other members can be included as needed but you need to be there, always. Most projects will involve real-time audio/video weekly calls.
Record keeper — You will track the project fully on Asana, maintain the Backlog, documentation, sprints etc, actively involved in project documentation and will mediate the process of estimating new potential projects and will have to break a larger feature into smaller features through writing user stories.
Far-seeing sight — At frequent intervals, you would need to take a step back to evaluate the project as a whole to avoid going off-track. When builds are to be submitted, you will do some basic functional testing before sending out the build to the client.

Requirements:

Passionate Gamer
Bachelors Degree
Curiosity about how games work and are made
Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Drive Suite
