About Us:
Digital Auxilius is a leader in innovative software solutions, and we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Onsite Software Trainer to join our team. This role involves providing hands-on training to new customers, ensuring they are proficient in using our software. If you have a passion for teaching, a solid background in software training, and enjoy engaging with clients in person, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onsite training sessions for new customers using a variety of methods, including presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and interactive workshops
Develop, update, and maintain training materials to ensure they are relevant, engaging, and effective
Provide comprehensive onboarding for new users, ensuring they quickly become proficient with our software
Address customer questions and concerns during training sessions, ensuring a clear understanding of the software
Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve and adapt training programs
Collaborate closely with the customer support team to address any additional training needs or follow-up sessions
Stay updated on new software features and updates to ensure all training materials and sessions are accurate and current
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Software Trainer or in a similar role, with a strong preference for onsite training experience
Exceptional written and verbal english communication skills, with the ability to explain complex software concepts in a clear and accessible manner
Strong understanding of software applications and the ability to create engaging training content
Ability to effectively manage and engage a group of trainees in an onsite setting
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training sessions simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, Training, or a related field is preferred
Experience working with US-based clients is a plus
