We are looking for a passionate and self-organized IT Admin to join our client in Dubai!

As an IT Admin, you will be responsible to manage all IT Systems of the company,

such as Microsoft 365, JIRA. You are responsible to keep track on all kind of software subscription, to ensure that all our systems are up to date and working reliable. As well you need to ensure that the cybersecurity policies of the company are satisfied by the employees.

Only that candidate who is open to relocating to Dubai at a later stage*

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Installation and configuration of software, hardware and networks
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting
• Ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructures
• Setting up accounts and workstations (User Management)
• Fixing IT problems and IT failures
• Ensuring security (Intrusion Detection & Vulnerability Detection)
• Experience to train employees in IT topics
• Development of internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT guidelines
• Experience in DevOps

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a system administrator, network administrator or in a similar
• function
• Bachelors degree in information science, computer science or similar field
• Experience with Microsoft 365, JIRA
• Experience with configuration of CRM systems, like Bitrix24
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and patch management
• Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
• Ability to create small scripts in Phyton or other languages
• Strong in problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills
• Certification of Microsoft 365
• Excellent language skills in English, basic language skill in Germa
