Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Accounting Training Consultant to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional training experiences to our clients, enhancing their accounting knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and conduct comprehensive training sessions on a variety of accounting topics aligned with established curricula.

· Develop and maintain engaging learning materials, ensuring their relevance and alignment with industry best practices.

· Provide expert guidance and support to clients through one-on-one consultations, addressing their inquiries and facilitating their learning progression.

· Monitor and manage client progress, offering constructive feedback on submissions and assignments.

· Stay current with accounting industry trends and best practices to enhance training effectiveness.

Required Skills and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.

· ACCA or MBA in Finance is a strong advantage.

· Preferably proven experience in accounting training or education.

· Excellent fluency in English, both written and spoken.

· Own a laptop and have a stable internet connection.
